A Sweeder activation is a pop-up crystal bar that lives inside your event. Guests choose their crystals, charms and hardware, and I assemble their piece on the spot—turning your space into a creative, social, very “Instagrammable” experience.

What exactly is a Sweeder activation?

A Sweeder activation is a pop-up crystal bar inside your event where guests design their own jewelry or accessories—like roach clips, dab tools, charm bracelets, bracelet clips or mala necklaces. I bring all the materials, tools and display pieces, guide guests through the process and assemble each piece on the spot.

How many guests can you accommodate?

For more intimate workshops (yoga studios, retreats, clinics) I recommend up to 15-20 guests for a spacious, ritual-style experience. For dispensary events and larger cannabis activations, we can serve 150–250 guests with set package sizes. Larger audience sizes are always negotiable—we’ll design the right package based on your flow and goals.

Do guests need any jewelry-making experience?

No experience needed. The experience is fully guided and very beginner-friendly. Guests choose their crystals and charms, string the beads in their desired pattern; I handle the tools and assembly so it feels luxe and relaxing.

Can we customize the pieces to match our brand?

Yes. We can:

  • Curate crystal colors to align with your brand or event theme
  • Add custom logo tags or charms to each piece
  • Incorporate event names or hashtags into signage and photo booth overlays

This helps every piece feel like it truly belongs to your brand or studio.

Do you travel outside of Maryland / DMV?

Yes—travel is absolutely possible. I’m based in the Maryland/DC/VA area, and I can travel for events. Any travel costs are discussed up front and included in your quote so there are no surprises.

How far in advance should we book?

For best availability, I recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, especially around big dates like 4/20, 7/10 and holidays. That said, if you have a last-minute opportunity, reach out—I’ll always let you know honestly if I can make it happen.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on:

  • The number of pieces you’d like to cover
  • Event length
  • Location and travel
  • Any add-ons (extra jewelry piece, logo tags, photo booth, etc.)
Do we have to pass the cost on to guests?

Not at all. You have options:

  • Build the cost into ticket prices (workshops, retreats, VIP nights)
  • Use a store-sponsored or clinic-sponsored flat fee, where guests enjoy the activation as a complimentary perk
  • Run BOGO promos in dispos and lounges that double as a marketing campaign

We’ll choose the model that fits your clientele and goals.

What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?

Once we agree on an activation package, a deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due shortly before/after the event. If plans change, we can often reschedule your activation to a new date, depending on availability. Exact terms will be outlined in a simple agreement before you pay anything.
